We only stopped in this hotel for one night on our way from Helsinki to the long stay lakeside cottage. Spacious clean room and good bathroom. But what was unexpectedly great is the breakfast!

I came in the morning and the staff wasn't treating me well. I said I have an appointment and she doesn't look at me. She said come at 15:00, but when the staff changed, I felt more comfortable.

Nice ambiance and authentic decor, good shower and nice products, convenient parking, ample breakfast, welcoming staff, very pet-friendly.

The location of the hotel is really amazing and next to the train station.. the staff is so friendly and helpful.. rooms are so clean

The bed was comfy. I'm supprised that in such a small town like Kouvolu, the receptionist was really good in English and really informative and helpful. The breakfast was also really delicious with wide range of choices. My thanks to the staff on that day!

Location is good. Cleanliness. Size of the rooms. Generaly is not so bad - but price for a such kind of condition etc. is out of the range!
